- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in between 4:00 and 6:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am.
- Pets: No pets.
- Children: No children under 10 years of age.
- Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy. A fee of $50 is charged for each additional guest. Maximum of 4 guests per unit.
- Breakfast: Rate includes in-room continental breakfast.
- Forms of Payment: Payment is accepted in Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
- Cancelations: A full refund minus the $50 non-refundable deposit is offered for cancelations made at least 14 days before the date of reservation. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the stay. No refund or credit will be available for same-day cancelations or no-shows.
- Tax: All rooms are subject to a 3% city lodging tax, a 6.875% state sales tax and an association fee of $2/night.
- Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the bed and breakfast or surrounding grounds. Cigars, cigarettes, pipes and vaping are not permitted. A $200 smoke cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking inside is determined.
- Fire: No candles/open flames are allowed.
- Parking: We have off-street parking for passenger vehicles in our designated parking areas. No on-street parking is available in our neighborhood. Trailers or RV parking is not allowed.
- Damages: Guests should notify hosts of any damages or defects noticed upon arrival. Guests authorize Raven’s Wing to charge their credit card for any damages, repairs, or extra cleaning sustained during their stay. Raven’s Wing will charge a minimum of $200 for odor elimination if smoke is evident in any room.
